David Carlisle Perley, was, along with Partner & CEO Jim Christian, one of the founding partners of Tapscan in Birmingham in the mid 80’s. Carlisle was instrumental in building the Tapscan brand as the pre-eminent Radio & TV Research Software Development organization in the United States and around the world. Services are being held tomorrow in Homewood, AL.
