She has over 35 years experience at every level of the radio business, including ownership and all aspects of operations — management, sales, FCC compliance, recruiting, and on the air. Kelly Orchard is expanding her consultancy business, Orchard Media Services.
The consultancy was originally launched in 2000 by Kelly and her partner/father Ken Orchard to provide mock FCC inspections and FCC compliance plans, including public inspection files. Kelly also specializes in developing human capital, which she maintains is critical to reducing costs, energizing business, and improving profitability.
In addition to her broadcast experience, Kelly is a graduate of the NABEF Broadcast Leadership Training Program. She also has a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership.
